Met up with friends for dinner on a nice summer day, they have a lovely outdoor patio which looks very inviting. We ate inside as it was a very hot day. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful and a delight to deal with. The food was delicious, excellent appetizers, we have meatballs and bruschetta. All of our meals were amazing, my favourite was the pasta carbonara. The tiramisu was perfect with a cappuccino. Would highly recommend going for a delicious meal.

We came here with friends last night for the first time. They come often so, they suggested it and I'm glad they did. The bruschetta was amazing, the Ziti was amazing and Marguerite was an absolute sweetheart. 10/10 would go back again and I can't wait for the next time alraady!!

Food was great! Atmosphere was great. Service was exceptional! Would definitely recommend to others if you are in the McMaster neighbourhood and looking for some great Italian pastas. I regretted not getting the pizza as we saw it at the table next to us and it looked incredible. Always a next time!

Lovely experience here on a Sunday evening! They just began opening on Sundays, and boy are we glad. Our server, Margarita, was so sweet and elevated our entire experience! She was very friendly and knew the menu well, we ordered all her recommendations. Trust her when she tells you to order the ziti tagliati and spaghettini con pollo aglio! The menu is large with many different variations of pastas, we wanted to try them all, and will definitely be back to do so. Great atmosphere, and overall an amazing experience!

I did not take pictures of inside, however the Carbonara was absolutely incredible, the flavors worked perfectly and the bacon had a great caramelization as pieces broke off into the dish Atmosphere felt like you were in quaint family owned local restaurant with purely authentic Italian roots and flavours, from the decorations to just the vibe it was nice. Our server god bless her was amazing I can’t recall her name, I’m reviewing this a little later. 9/10 would definitely check this out

My friend and I met up here for dinner last week based on her suggestion. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was friendly and funny! For my appetizer, I ordered the Bruchetta (small) with the feta (feta is bettah). It was actually a large portion, in my opinion, and was very yummy! For my main I ordered the Fetuccinne con Pollo alla Fiorentina, the serving was huge and filled with chicken, mushrooms, spinach and plum tomatoes, I ate my fill and still has enough left over for a substantial lunch portion the next day!! For dessert, I had the Teramisu (the only dessert option available that night), and it was very decadent and delcious!! All items are pictured. Overall, I had an excellent eating experience at Macheroni Cucina Alfresco, and I look forward to returning and trying some of the other items on their menu! It is a perfect spot for a casual dinner with family/friends or a romantic date!

We celebrated my 50th birthday last night in the back room and Margarita was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, fast, helpful, friendly, personable and made us feel welcome and took such great care of us. The food was unbelievable. I even called the day before to make a modification to one meal in advance and she answered and I could tell them she would be amazing (she told me that she would be our server). I cannot say enough great things about this place and Margarita (the service). Thank you so much Margarita and the staff for making our little party so wonderful. I will be back and I’ll recommend you to anyone I know.

First time here and we loved the ambiance, the coziness and our waitress Margarita ( hope I spelt it correctly) she made our night, funny and friendly and the pizza was amazing. My husband had the soup with chicken broth and Caesar salad and loved both. I came here as a teenager when it was P-Wees pizza. We will be back and thanks for a great night , Bonnie Roy and daughter Michelle from Ancaster
